  12. This is a collection of pictures which i have done on the "computer97"
  13. event with a digital camera from Fuji.(Fuji DS7)
  14.  
  15. Every picture has a resulution of 640*480 and a depth of 24 Bit.For 
  16. every picture i also have added a grayscaled Newicon-Icon. (Done with
  17. "ag2ni", see also Aminet 20-CD ,directory "util/wb" for this.)

  19. All the pictures are in an special jpeg format called "jpeg-exif".This
  20. format is used by the camera to store the data on its own memory card.

  22. The only datatype that is able to handle this format ist the akJFIF-
  23. datatype from Ralph Kleinert.But you have to use the version 43.97 or 
  24. higher.(Multiview is the "default tool" for the distributed icons.)

  27. archive called "akJFIF43x.lha".)

  29. But you can also use CyberView to display or AdPro to manipulate 
  30. and convert this pictures.PersonalPaint is also able to load this 
  31. pictures.But this software recalculate them to 8bit (256 colors).

  37. Das ist eine Kollektion von Bildern, die ich auf der Koelner Amigamesse
  38. am 14.11.1997 aufgenommen habe.
  39.  
  40. Alle Bilder sind mit der Fuji-DS7 Digitalkamera in 24 Bit Farbtiefe und 
  41. einem  Format von 640*480 Pixeln abgelegt worden.Ausserdem habe ich 
  42. fuer jedes Bild ein Icon im Newicon Format mit Hilfe des Tools "dt2ni" 
  43. erstellt.(Dieses Tool ist z.B. auf der Aminet20-CD erschienen.Ver-
  44. zeichnis "util/wb".)

  46. Alle Bilder sind in einem speziellen JPEG-Format, genannt JPEG-EXIF,
  47. abgespeichert.Dieses Format wird von der Kamera selber generiert,wenn
  48. es die Daten auf seine eigene Speicherkarte ablegt.

  50. Als Standardprogramm ist in den Icons Multiview eingetragen.Der 
  51. einzige Datatype welches dieses JPEG-Format verarbeiten kann ist der
  52. "akJFIF" Datatype von Andreas Kleinert.(Siehe Verzeichnis "util/dtype"
  53. im Aminet oder auf diversen Aminet-CD's)

  55. Aber man kann auch CyberView verwenden um sich diese Bilder anzusehen.
  56. Mit AdPro lassen sie sich dann verarbeiten und/oder in ein anderes 
  57. Format umwandeln.Auch PersonalPaint ist in der Lage mit diesen Bildern
  58. umzugehen.Nur wird die Ausgabe immer auf 8Bit (256 Farben) begrenzt.
